Intergenerational creativity

Workshop for children with one of their grandparents

Share a unique moment with your grandchildren

Workshop for one or two children and a grandparent
Workshop for one or two children and a grandparent
If you want to enjoy a unique shared experience, if you want to create in a place that encourages creativity, if you want to share a fun activity free from constraints, I invite you to enjoy two hours of special, intense creativity shared with your grandchildren. Both you and your grandchildren will be able to flourish in a multitude of colours. Rediscover your childhood spirit of carefreeness, freedom, spontaneity and wonder.

The classes are aimed at children aged 5 to 10 and one of their grandparents – with no prerequisites – who would like to share a creative moment. The starting point is the image, curiosity and observation.

Each time, participants discover a work of art. They practise enriching and sharpening their observation skills. Then let their imagination run wild by drawing, painting and making collages based on the work presented.

While engaging in a creative activity and enjoying an aesthetic experience, juniors and seniors rub shoulders, learn about art history and freely explore shapes and colours together.
The classes are taught by Maude Sauvage Bertrand, a visual artist, in her studio in the centre of Lausanne.
